Locality:Plumbago Mountain, Newry, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Translucent pink rose quartz crystals in an 11 mm radiating aggregate perched on platy cleavelandite variety of albite feldspar. Rose quartz does not ordinarily form crystals and are known from only a few localities worldwide. Collected in June 1969 by Cliff Trebilcock
