Description:Microscopic blades of translucent brown janhaugite with small blocky pale-pink (nearly colorless) dalyite and black aegirine in coarse-grained quartz-feldspar matrix. The dalyite fluoresces yellow-white under SW UV illumination. Ex. David M. Shannon (1942-2004); from a specimen collected by Jan Haug
