Description:Transparent terminated aquamarine crystal, the blue-green gem variety of the mineral species beryl, with etched crystal faces. When rotated under spot illumination the aquamarine crystal exhibits a distinct cat's-eye effect (chatoyancy). Collected ca. 1960. weight: 41.0 grams
