Description:Lustrous well-defined prismatic translucent-to-transparent colorless celestine (celestite) crystals over yellow sulfur on gray matrix. The celestine crystals fluoresce white under UV illumination and phosphoresce when illumination is extinguished. Ex. Wards Natural Science Establishment; collected ca. 1950
