Mineral:Pyromorphite over Quartz
Locality:Sarrowcole Vein, Laverock Hall, Leadhills, South Lanarkshire, Strathclyde, Scotland
Description:Lustrous green-to-yellowish pyromorphite crystals to 0.5 mm coating translucent white quartz crystals to 9 mm. The bottom is sawn flat to reduce bulk without risking damage to the pyromorphite crystals. Several quartz crystals are chipped. Collected ca. 2005
