Mineral:	Quartz var. Amethyst (with phantom-growth zones)
Locality:	Reel Mine, Iron Station, Lincoln County, North Carolina
Description:	Lustrous transparent purple parallel amethyst crystal with an earlier generation of milky quartz crystals with minor brown limonite. The amethyst crystal has internal phantom-growth zones of deeper color deep inside the crystal termination.
Overall Size:	4x3.5x3.5 cm
