Locality:Verdolite Quarry, north of Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania
Description:Lustrous white actinolite-tremolite crystals in white aragonite-calcite with extreme deformation of the actinolite-tremolite crystals (one group forming a U-shape). The label categorized the crystals as asbestos, but there are no fibers. LW fluorescent. Ex. Harry W. Eichel, Jr. (1914-1990); ex. Phil-Mont Christian Academy
