Description: | Lustrous transparent purple fluorite crystals on gray matrix. The fluorite crystals are cubic form with dodecahedral edge faces. The surfaces of the fluorite crystals are composed of smaller parallel cubic faces. Small dark inclusions are visible in some Collected ca. 1985. Fluoresces violet-blue under longwave ultraviolet illumination |
