Description: | Large rounded dodecahedral almandine garnet crystal with remnants of quartz-biotite matrix on the bottom. The amandine crystal has fine gray mineral filling subparallel fractures, and the crystal faces are composed of fine parallel striations. Collected by Tom Minnich ca. 1994 |
