Description:Lustrous translucent dark-red octahedral cuprite crystals to 9 mm with pale-green chrysocolla microcrystals and acicular green malachite crystals to 6 mm. The cuprite crystals show excellent red transparency when illuminated from rear. Collected ca. 1985. Originally acquired in 1997 from Joe Arons (1907-2002)
