| Description: | Classic quartz pseudomorph (cast) after tapered glauberite crystal. The glauberite crystal formed first, was coated by another mineral, the glauberite dissolved leaving a mold, then 1 mm quartz crystals lined the mold, creating a cast of the original. Ex.
