Description: | Two intersecting elongated translucent blue celestine (celestite) crystals with etched edges that appear white. The celestine crystals fluoresce white under longwave and shortwave UV illumination, and phosphoresce when illumination is extinguished. Collected by John Medici (1938-2022) |
