Description: | Lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystal with negative crystal cavities and no matrix attached. The quartz crystal has three-faced pyramidal termination and the prism faces are dominated by three faces with alternating slender prism faces. Acquired in August 1994 from John Kennedy. This quartz outcrop was completely excavated by open pit mining ca. 1983. |
