Description: | Translucent pale gray-white quartz pseudomorphs after fan-shaped anhydrite crystals to 95 mm in greenish basalt. The anhydrite crystallized first, then was surrounded by quartz. The anhydrite crystals dissolved it resulted in molds of the anhydrite. Collected October 1994 |
