Description: | Lustrous translucent brown disc-like smithsonite crystals to 1 mm on stalactitic formations to 20 mm long, with some areas overgrown with calcite crystals to 0.5 mm that have red-brown color caused by microscopic hematite inclusions. Collected ca. 1995 |
