Description: | Several lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystals with three dominant prism faces and three-faced pyramidal termination faces. One quartz crystal has a phantom-growth zone composed of negative crystal cavities (crystal-shaped hollow voids). Collected ca. 1975. This quartz outcrop was completely excavated by open pit mining ca. 1983. |
