Description: | Lustrous yellow metallic pyrite crystals to 5 mm with pseudomorphic mold of a scalenohedral 16 mm calcite crystal. The calcite crystallized first, and was overgrown with pyrite. When the calcite dissolved it left a mold of the calcite (epimorph). Collected ca. 1995 |
