Description: | Heavy cluster of lustrous yellow-metallic pyrite crystals to 15 mm with scattered overgrowth of dark black-metallic sphalerite microcrystals in rounded aggregates to 5 mm diameter. The pyrite crystals are pyritohedral form. Acquired in the Colorado Mineral Society auction ca. 1980 |
