Description: | Unusually large vesuvianite crystal (for this locality) with no matrix attached. The vesuvianite crystal is equant rectangular form with terminations composed of many smaller parallel crystal faces, with secondary edge faces. One corner is incomplete. Collected ca. 1960 |
