Mineral:Quartz pseudomorphs after Anhydrite with Babingtonite and Stilbite
Locality:Prospect Park Quarry, Prospect Park, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Many intersecting hollow quartz pseudomorphs after tapered anhydrite crystals to 45 mm with translucent tan-colored bladed stilbite crystals to 12 mm and dark green-black babingtonite crystals to 8 mm that have surface alteration to actinolite. Originally acquired in 1992
