Description: | Doubly-terminated lustrous red-black rutile crystal with remnants of brown pyrophyllite in crevices. The rutile crystal was extracted from a solid mass of pyrophyllite resulting in surface imperfections, but shows natural crystal faces under 20x. Collected ca. 1980 |
