Locality:Stirling Brook, Warren Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Translucent amber-colored plate of carnelian variety of chalcedony quartz with white-gray top layer. These carnelian specimens weathered out of surrounding basalt cavities. The rear was sawn flat and some edges were polished. Collected ca. 1985
