Description: | Elongated quartz epimorphs after anhydrite crystals to 15 mm with hollow molds visible on the edges. The anhydrite crystallized first, was overgrown with quartz crystals, then the anhydrite dissolved. From a one-time find during home construction Collected by William (Bill) Barrett (1924-2018) ca. 1992 |
