Locality: | North Moat Mountain, Bartlett, Carroll County, New Hampshire |
Description: | Lustrous transparent (nearly flawless) smoky quartz crystals to 28 mm with white albite crystals to 6 mm on microcline. The largest smoky quartz crystal has a chipped termination due to glacial weight that collapsed the pocket 7000 years ago. Collected by G. Burke in August 1995 |
