Description: | Many small wine-red almandine garnet crystals to 2.2 mm in colorless quartz coating with lustrous black schorl tourmaline crystals to 4 mm. The almandine garnet crystals are trapezohedral form and look beautiful under magnification. Collected June 1997 during pipeline excavation |
