Description: | Large plate of lustrous translucent colorless quartz pseudomorphs after bladed barite crystals to 20 mm with scattered gray sulfide microcrystals. The barite formed first, then was overgrown with quartz, resulting in quartz epimorphs after barite. Ex. David New ca. 1985 |
