Description: | Lustrous transparent colorless scalenohedral calcite crystals to 12 mm with phantom-growth zoning where early calcite crystals were overgrown with brown microcrystals of an unidentified miner that were then overgrown with late-growth calcite. The calcite fluoresces orange under UV illumination. Collected 17 September 1995. |
