Locality:Herat-Panjsher Fault, southeastern slope of the Panjshir River, Buzmal-Khenj area, Panjshir Province, Afghanistan
Description:Elongated cluster of many lustrous translucent-to-transparent deep-green emerald crystals, the green gem variety of the mineral species beryl, embedded in gray quartz. The crystal faces of the emerald crystals are visible on all sides.
Overall Size:40x20x15 mm
Crystals:4-14 mm
