Description: | Compound cluster of lustrous transparent-to-translucent red spinel with no matrix. The spinel crystals are octahedral form in parallel orientation, with stepped crystallization patterns on the faces, and are twinned following the Spinel Law of twinning. The spinel crystals fluoresce red under LW-SW UV. Weight: 23.78 carats |
