Description: | Lustrous transparent-to-translucent pink ruby crystal, the pink gem variety of the mineral corundum, perched on the top edge of translucent light-colored marble. The ruby crystal is incomplete on one face and shows that it has a pyrite crystal core. The ruby crystal fluoresces red under LW-SW UV illumination |
