Description: | Lustrous transparent pale yellow-gray calcite crystals to 34 mm, with minor green prehnite on the edge, that grew over white laumontite. The calcite crystals are scalenohedral form, with surfaces composed of microscopic parallel faces. The calcite fluoresces orange under LW-SW UV illumination. Collected ca. 1995. |
