Mineral:Quartz var. Smoky Quartz (doubly-terminated floater)
Locality:North Moat Mountain, Bartlett, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Floater formation, fully crystallized on all faces with no attachment point, of lustrous transparent pale-smoky quartz with parallel crystal faces on the broad surfaces. The rear has areas where the smoky quartz was naturally etched by pocket solutions. Collected by G. Burke in August 1995
