Description: | Lustrous transparent pink sapphire crystal, the pink gem variety of the mineral corundum, with hexagonal di-pyramidal form. The sapphire crystal has complex crystallization patterns on the surfaces, possibly caused by surrounding mica crystals. The sapphire crystals fluoresce red under LW UV illumination. Weight: 9.39 carats (1.8 grams) |
