DESCRIPTION:	No. 78904
Mineral:	Spinel, Zircon, Pyrite in marble
Locality:	Mogok District, 115 km NNE of Mandalay, Mandalay Division, Myanmar (Burma)
Description:	Many lustrous transparent-to-translucent red spinel crystals in yellowish zircon (recognizable under SW UV) and gray marble with scattered yellow-metallic pyrite impurities. The spinel crystals are octahedral form with striated edges. The spinel fluoresces red under LW-SW UV; zircon fluoresces yellow under SW UV.
