Description:Lustrous translucent pink ruby crystal, the red gem variety of the mineral species corundum, with no matrix. The ruby crystal is di-pyramidal hexagonal form, with flat basal pinacoid terminations, and scattered surface inclusions of a black mineral. Fluoresces red under LW UV illumination. Weight: 4.6 grams
