Description:Lustrous translucent blue sapphire crystal, the gem variety of the mineral corundum, with no attached matrix. The sapphire is a complex compound crystal dominated by brown basal pinacoid faces in stepped patterns with no obvious prism faces. Weight: 2.6 grams
