Description: | Partial crystal of lustrous translucent vivid-pink ruby, the pink gem variety of the mineral corundum, with remnants of dark matrix in crevices. The ruby crystal is tapered hexagonal form with cleaved end, and has excellent color. Fluoresces red under SW-LW UV illumination. Weight: 1.3 grams |
