Mineral:Apophyllite with Pectolite
Locality:Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Large lustrous transparent-to-translucent colorless apophyllite crystals to 27 mm with radiating fibrous white pectolite crystals in aggregates to 16 mm diameter. The apophyllite crystals are equant cubic shape with triangular {101} corner faces. Collected in 1980s to 1990s by Prof. Martin Becker
