Description:Lustrous red-brown almandine garnet crystal in gray schist. The almandine garnet crystal id dodecahedral form and there is a healed fracture running through the center of the crystal, the result of post-crystallization deformation that later healed. Collected ca. 1992. This site is now a private home and closed forever to collecting
