Mineral:	Spinel in marble
Locality:	Pein Pyit, Mogok District, 115 km NNE of Mandalay, Mandalay Division, Myanmar (Burma)
Description:	Lustrous transparent red spinel crystal partially exposed in contrasting white marble. The spinel crystal is octahedral form, with smooth crystals faces, and fluoresces vivid-red under longwave ultraviolet illumination.
