Locality: | Silliman Quarry (Woodbury Trap Rock Quarry), east of Woodbury, Litchfield County, Connecticut |
Description: | Plate of lustrous green prehnite crystals to 1 mm in rounded aggregates that formed over rectangular anhydrite crystals to 10 mm that later dissolved leaving hollow pseudomorphic cores that are visible where the prehnite broke away.
