| Description: | Cluster of intersecting finger-shaped gray quartz pseudomorphs after calcite crystals to 70 mm long. The calcite crystallized first, was overgrown with quartz, then the calcite dissolved leaving hollow molds of the original calcite. Ex. Jack Troy (1930-2016) collection #X80, originally acquired ca. 1990 |
