Description: | Highly lustrous (not the dull, waxy luster that is common) green prehnite crystals in a curved formation with a large 45 mm transparent gray calcite crystal on one edge. The calcite is complex form (possibly twinned) with a contact on one face. Collected in 1990s by Prof. Martin Becker, author of Recent Mineral Finds at the Millington Quarry in Rocks and Minerals v.73 #5 |
