Locality:Ace of Diamonds Mine, Middleville, Herkimer County, New York
Description:Clean and lustrous transparent Herkimer Diamond quartz crystal, the doubly-terminated variety of quartz from the Herkimer region, with few internal flaws, in translucent gray-yellow calcite. Rare combination, usually the calcite dissolves away. Ex. Miller #M1591; collected in 2011
