Description: | Lustrous transparent smoky quartz crystals, with distinct {7181} faces on adjacent corners and suture patterns on the prism faces, indicative of twinning following the Dauphiné Law of quartz twinning, on white albite and bluish microcline. Repaired. Ex. Miller #M1801; acquired from Don Olson; from Ernie Schlichter (1929 -2007) private collection |
