Description:Hemispherical formation of lustrous purple transparent amethyst quartz crystals to 11 mm across. Visible inside the amethyst crystals are tapered sprays of fibrous brown goethite crystals to 2 mm, some emerge from the surfaces of the amethyst. Ex. Miller #M3717
