Description: | Lustrous bright red heulandite crystals to 30 mm, with pearly luster on the {010} faces, in tapered aggregates intermixed with colorless quartz microcrystals. The red color of the heulandite crystals is caused by microscopic red hematite inclusions. Ex. Miller #M2551; originally acquired in 2013 for $195 from Chris Wright (1946-2014) |
