Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Lustrous transparent vivid-blue azurite crystals to 1.3 mm with green malachite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 0.2 mm diameter, with light-green crystals of unidentified mineral, possibly arsentsumebite or a different habit malachite, on quartz. Ex. Miller #M2571
