Description: | Lustrous black-metallic franklinite crystals in translucent pale-gray calcite. One distinct 11 mm franklinite crystal has well-developed dodecahedral faces, which are rare for franklinite that commonly is simple octahedral form. The calcite fluoresces orange under UV. Ex.
