Description: | Large single lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystal with no matrix attached. The quartz crystal has large areas that are optical grade in the upper third, though it has an unusual parting plane flaw on what appears to be a twin plane. Ex. Miller #M603; collected ca. 1980 |
